ABOUT KerrieALDO
KerrieALDO is slow fashion brand dedicated to creating durable, high-quality, handcrafted outerwear with a contemporary twist.
Founded in 2014 by independent fashion designer Kerrie Alexander, the label offers an ethical alternative to mass produced fashion.
KerrieALDO was established in Dundee and after 4 1/2 years spent in Leeds, UK the studio is once again based in my hometown of Dundee.
Every garment is designed and handmade in our studio, and wherever possible, fabrics are sourced locally to support British manufacturing, like our inimitable waxed cotton from Halley Stevensons, an over 150 year old fabric mill in the heart of Dundee, Scotland.
The collection is available exclusively online with ready to wear designs and on a made-to-order basis and includes menswear, womenswear and childrenswear. In addition to this, we have a custom works service so you can co-create a completely unique jacket from scratch, 100% created for you.
Quality and style are never compromised, Kerrie has an obsessive eye for attention to detail which is applied to every single jacket, overshirt, t-shirt, dress and accessory. Inspired by music and British subcultures, this is sustainability, without sacrificing on style.Made with love, and made to last.

Tan Waxed Cotton Parka with Dundee Tartan Hood Lining
As featured in the MareTV Documentary, the tan waxed cotton parka is expertly hand-crafted using 100% waxed cotton, a sturdy, durable, weather-resistant fabric that has proven to stand the test of time.
The fabric is sourced in my hometown of Dundee. I make each piece within my studio which means it is designed, cut and made under one roof using an original KerrieALDO pattern.
Inspired by British subcultures this coat ticks all the boxes for fashion AND function.
