Shipping Information
KerrieALDO items are generally 'made-to-order', average delivery time can be found on the product page for each design. If more than one item is ordered they will be shipped out together at the same time. If you need your order for a specific date please don't hesitate to contact after ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.
Orders are shipped Royal Mail 1st Class ‘Signed For’ or via an alternative courier service. If you check out directly from the website, you will receive an email to let you know when it has been dispatched.
UK— £2-6 dependant on the parcel size
Europe — from £9.50 dependant on the parcel size
*EU orders have temporarily been made unavailable due to a new GPSR regulation, we hope to make this available soon once we are up to date with the changes.
Worldwide– £9.50 - £14.50 dependant on the parcel size
CUSTOMS FEES - some countries may have a customs fee on orders which is the responsibility of the customer to pay - you should be able to check online if the country you are buying from will require this and get an estimate.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
We can accept returns and exchanges in all items listed in the online shop unless otherwise stated.
On a made-to-order items, we want to get your order to you as soon as possible so to avoid any delays please ensure you check up on the sizing prior to making your order. A size guide is available on most listings, should you have any further questions you can email info@kerriealdo.com
All items are meticulously hand-checked prior to sending out for delivery, however in the case of a faulty item please contact me as soon as you receive your item and within 48 hours of receiving your item.
All returns must be pre-arranged by contacting us beforehand and sent back in the original condition, unused and via a trackable courier or post service such as royal mail signed for delivery, just contact info@kerriealdo.com to arrange the return or exchange.
BESPOKE AND CUSTOM ORDERS
We work as closely as possible with you to ensure the correct size is agreed upon before starting your order. This means we cannot accept returns on custom orders (unless the item is deemed to be faulty).
We invest in extra time to make sure you are happy with all details and sizing before the order is started. Once the order has been finalized and a deposit is paid, details can not be changed.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Valid for one year from the date of purchase. Free worldwide shipping or can be send digitally via email.
Vouchers are redeemable against all items in the online shop and towards custom orders (by contacting and quoting voucher code). Multiple gift vouchers can be used within the same transaction. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers will expire 1 year from the date of purchase and will be treated as void after the expiry date. If you have purchased goods online with a gift voucher and wish to return an item you will be provided with an e-voucher in its place. Keep vouchers secure, they cannot be replaced if lost stolen or damaged.
