· Choose a ‘base style’ from our outerwear collection or archive styles. This will determine the shape and style you’d like.

· Choose a fabric, colour and lining.

· Adjust the size and shape, including sleeves, cuffs and hems

· Add on details, like customised embroidery, extra pockets, detachable hoods and more

Each piece is handmade in the UK, from paper to pattern to fabric, all under one roof. The average turnaround time for custom orders is between 3-6 weeks once the final design is confirmed.

All custom orders are non-returnable, so we’ll work closely with you to make sure the fit is 100% perfect.

The process will be made easy with clear direction on how to choose the correct size and there are no limitations on size or fit adaptions. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions about sizing and fit.

Custom Works Coats are designed to be individual to you meaning there is no set price. Each one is so different varying from a few adaptions to make it just to your taste to a full new design, pattern and custom fit.

*There is a minimum charge of £20 on top of the base style price, regardless of customisation.

A £20 deposit is required to secure your space on the waiting list and a further 1/3rd deposit will be taken before the design is started and the final balance will be payable on completion.
