Returns Policy

We accept returns on all items listed in the online shop, unless otherwise stated.

You can find our size guides here. If you have any further questions about sizing please get in touch, we can provide measurements for any particular style. 

 We cannot accept returns on Custom Works orders.

All items are meticulously hand checked prior to being sent out for delivery. In the rare case of a faulty item please contact  as soon as you receive your item and within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Returns must be sent back unused in the original condition and can be arranged by contact info@kerriealdo.com within 48 hours of receiving your item.  A fully trackable courier or post service must be used at your own expense. Delivery costs are non-refundable for all UK and Worldwide orders.
